End-to-end elevator service for Houston buildings.
Maintenance contracts, emergency repair, full modernizations, and new installations — all from one local team. Call or email for a written proposal.
Preventive maintenance that actually prevents things.
Our maintenance program is built on a six-module preventive plan aligned with ASME A17.1 / CSA B44 Section 8.6 Maintenance Control Program (MCP) requirements — the standard Texas inspectors look for.
Every visit covers mechanical, electrical, safety, fire/ADA, housekeeping, and full documentation. You get a record of everything we touched, what we found, and what we recommend next — so you're never guessing what your maintenance dollars are buying.
- Mechanical — sheaves, bearings, door operators, leveling, hydraulic seals
- Electrical — controller logic, relays, power continuity, diagnostics
- Safety — governor, buffers, brakes, interlocks, emergency lighting
- Fire/ADA — Phase I & II recall, accessibility compliance checks
- Housekeeping — machine room, pit, hoistway cleaning and lubrication
- Documentation — written report, MCP record-keeping, inspection prep
Two plans. Every line item spelled out.
Same scope, same standards, same quote for every building of similar type and size. Call or email to get a written proposal with pricing for your equipment.

When an elevator goes down, you need to reach a human.
Entrapments, mis-leveling, door failures, controller faults — we respond 24/7, year-round. Maintenance customers get priority dispatch and a faster on-site arrival window. Every repair is quoted as a separate, line-item proposal — parts and labor are never hidden inside your monthly maintenance fee.
Non-contract emergency calls are also accepted — we'll work on anyone's equipment — but you'll always get served after our contract customers.

- Entrapment response & passenger release

Extend an elevator's life by 20+ years without a full replacement.
A well-scoped modernization replaces the parts that age out — controllers, drives, fixtures, cab interiors — while preserving the rails, car frame, and hoistway. It's usually 40–60% of the cost of a full replacement and delivers a like-new ride.
We write our modernization proposals the way you'd want to read them: clear line items, fixed pricing per scope, and a realistic schedule. And every scope is built on non-proprietary, open-protocol equipment — no vendor lock-in, no "only we can service this" trap. Any qualified contractor can take over after we're done.
Limited offer: Sign a modernization with Arise and we cover your first year of maintenance plus a 1-year parts & labor warranty on every modernized component. Included with every signed scope.
